The needs of brands as well as the competition with other printing methods are always challenges to the flexo printing. High-resolution motives with wide contrast area place demands on all components involved in the process.
With an engraving series 'HD Anilox' adapted for this area, Zecher presents the successful implementation in Anilox technology. With this series of engraving, cliché resolutions are supported by 150 L/inch and far beyond. The award of the HD-flexo certificate for this engraving series already underlines the high-class quality level in this segment.
Not only the high-end range will find attention. Zecher has intensely analyzed the wide band of printing requirements according to the Anilox specification palette. To give a purposeful orientation and possibilities for the standardization within the variety in requirements, Zecher will present for the first time a specification pyramid to the market at the Drupa. The single segments of the pyramid enable the printer to structure his requirement profile in the pressroom clearly.
Also for topics at the bottom of the pyramid, such as homogeneous surfaces and intensive coverage of white, Zecher will present his advanced HIT engravings. Covering surfaces with concurrent avoidance of Ink-Spitting are a prominent sign and high-class seal at the same time.
The economic subjects, such as reduction of color consumption and universal usage of Anilox rollers also find stronger attention. From the ground up, completely new designed engraving geometries will provide for a special surprise at the drupa. The new cell forms ensure a further optimized inking and open up spaces of contrast in the application palette. In combination with suitable color systems, they offer not only economic but also ecological benefits for the printer.
Topics such as 7-color space and defined color balance make the Drupa not only for the flexo exciting. Zecher holds ready interesting news also for the offset's printer and the inline processes. Here the ECO-Pro version will show an interesting highlight for the offset lacquering.
The portfolio is rounded off by Zecher through his continued intensive engagement for Coating-Applications.
