The demand on Flexo quality is increasing constantly and significantly.
This is not just with respect to print quality, moreover concerning set-up time, press speeds and Optimization of the total print performance as well.
Which contribution can be given by the Anilox, the heart of the Flexo press?
The engraving quality, individually adjusted to the needs of the printing job, has to be perfect. The engraving must have an universal usage and suitable for different tasks.
With high press speeds, the Anilox, the doctor blade and the whole ink transfer chain must be perfectly balanced on each other.
Not at least the investment Anilox has to pay off by many running meters and a long lifetime.
Top-Quality requires a cooperation of various components. It goes without saying at Zecher, that we do not only develop the engraving technology, but also invest a lot in R&D projects concerning new materials for Aniloxes.
