Under the brand name I.T.S.®, the company ZECHER developed a new production technology for the surface treatment of chrome-plated rollers and ceramic rollers.

The surface treatment is neither a coating nor a sealing! Utilizing a special plasma technology the molecular structure of the surface is being modified under vacuum.
Once the I.T.S.-treatment is applied,
it can not be removed anymore, neither chemical nor mechanical.
The positive effect can be noticed in the daily use of your rollers.
As the improvements and modifications are achieved in the atomic structure, they are "invisible" for a detection by an usual light microscope.
I.T.S.® treated roller have a higher wear resistance, show up with improved ink release properties and are much easier to clean.
The improved cleaning properties are of special interest for Ceramic Anilox roller used with 2K-inks.
The I.T.S. treatment does not resolve and can not be destroyed by any means!
