VoluCheck offers you a system easy to handle at a low budget price. By help of this tool and a small deal of time you will be enabled to receive a quick overview about the status and the theoretical volume of your anilox rollers.

The novelty of VoluCheck is not the measurement principle. It is based on the known pipette and sample system which is in good use since years.

Operation

The measurement spot, which is being transferred from the anilox roller on paper, will be scanned by a standard scanner and saved as a bitmap (*.bmp) data file. By a simple click on the mouse button the theoretical volume of the anilox roller will be calculated.

With the possibility to analyze up to six samples at a time, you receive a quick status view of the anilox roller and the calculated volume.

In order to provide permanent quality checks, a database-function is added, which allows you to manage all rollers separately and to comprehend the measurings at any time.

VoluCheck does not replace the fingerprint of an anilox roller. The transfer quality of the anilox roller is decisive: whether the result of printing is even, homogeneous and free of stripes, or other defects. The indication of the volume figure just provides an important additional information.
