Zecher GmbH Expands Service Portfolio: New Zecher Cleaning Center with State-of-the-Art Laser Cleaning Technology
Zecher GmbH, one of the leading manufacturers of anilox rolls for the printing industry, is further expanding its range of services: With the new Zecher Cleaning Center, the company is focusing on state-of-the-art and reliable cleaning of anilox rolls and sleeves.
By acquiring an additional laser cleaning system, Zecher has strategically expanded its capabilities in the field of laser cleaning and significantly broadened its range of services. The centerpiece of the new service offering is an innovative Evolux 3000 MAX laser cleaning system, which was integrated in close collaboration with long-standing partner Ulmex. With this investment, Zecher is further expanding its successful partnership with Ulmex and consistently focusing on forward-looking technologies in the field of roller cleaning.

Laser cleaning using Evolux technology impresses with its precision and sustainability. Residues such as ink, varnish, or adhesives are completely removed without damaging the sensitive cell structure of the anilox roller. The Evolux 3000 Max cleans anilox rollers and sleeves up to 3000 mm in length using an environmentally friendly cleaning process and without any chemical additives.
